Billing questions
- What happens after the trial?
- Your data stays exactly as it is. Pick a plan from inside the app to keep working; nothing is deleted while you decide.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Request an upgrade or downgrade from your workspace settings and the new limits apply once the change is confirmed.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Staff accounts are included up to the limit shown on each plan.
- Can I run more than one shop?
- Each shop is a separate workspace with its own subscription, so branches stay cleanly separated.
