Privacy policy

Information we hold

Account data (name, email address and authentication identifiers), workspace data you enter (shop profile, items, customers, suppliers, sales, rentals, payments and cash entries) and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How your data is separated

Each shop workspace is isolated with row-level security in the database, so one workspace cannot read another's records. Uploaded item images are stored under a folder prefix scoped to your workspace.

Your customers' data

Customer records you create belong to you. We process them only to provide the service and never sell them or use them for advertising.

Processors

We use hosting, database, storage and email providers to run the service. Where you configure your own storage backend, such as Amazon S3 or Cloudflare R2, files are written to the account you supply.

Retention, export and deletion

Data is retained while your workspace is active. You can export lists to CSV at any time, and you can request deletion of your workspace and its data by writing to support@techrex.in.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. No advertising trackers are used.
