Terms of service

1. The service

ShopRex provides hosted inventory, sales, rental, customer, invoicing and cash-book software on a subscription basis. One subscription covers one shop workspace.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the actions of staff accounts you invite and for keeping credentials confidential.

3. Trials and subscriptions

New workspaces receive a 14-day trial. After the trial a paid plan is required to continue using the workspace. Plan limits on items, staff accounts and monthly transactions are shown on the pricing page and enforced in the app.

4. Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Fees are non-refundable for periods already started unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to access other workspaces, disrupt the platform or resell access without agreement.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We handle it as described in the privacy policy and provide CSV export at any time.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and take regular backups, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced where practical.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend a workspace for non-payment or breach of these terms after notice.
